Georg Eickhoff was mayor of a small German town. He likes people. As a former country representative of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Venezuela and Uruguay, he brings in-depth know-how to his strategic consulting. He has wide-ranging experience in Latin America and with projects at the municipal level. In his current position, he is gaining practical experience with the institutions of the European Union and the reform of the security and justice sector. Dr. Georg Eickhoff, born 1965 in Cologne, Germany, is an international consultant for strategic planning. He is currently Head of Planning for the European Union police and justice assistance mission in Palestine. After broad-based studies of the humanities, which he completed with a doctorate in modern history at the Technical University of Berlin, he went into politics, where he first worked as a personal advisor to the Minister of Education of Baden-Württemberg, then as the elected mayor of a city in Baden-Württemberg and finally as a country representative of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Venezuela and Uruguay.

Over the last ten years, he has combined his work for the OSCE (in Ukraine) and for the European Union (in Libya and Palestine) with freelance consultancy in strategy and planning. He is a frequent commentator on Venezuelan politics and an experienced speechwriter and public speaking coach.
