The objective of the study was to analyse and assess the transferability of the German dual vocational education and training (VET) system to Lithuania.
Main tasks of the Consultant included:
- Analysis and presentation of key elements of the German VET system
- Research on the current VET system in Lithuania
- Identification of transfer opportunities and adaption of relevant elements of the German VET for introduction in Lithuania
- Authored the study and presented it to the final beneficiary, i.e. the Baltic Chamber of Commerce and the Government of Lithuania
