Sector-wide Education, Training and Human Resources Development Programme (ETHRDP)

This programme provided funds for the procurement of text books and teaching materials for Papua New Guinea’s Education Sector. 

Key Tasks of the Consultant included: 

• Preparation of international tender procedure for procurement of textbooks with a total value of €20 million
• Ongoing Monitoring & Evaluation of Programme progress and in particular organisation of Project Steering Committee Meetings
• Management of relationships between the Programme, European Commission Delegation and the Office of the National Authorising Officer
