This project supported the organisational development of Nigeria’s state-owned National Power Training Institute (NAPTIN) with the aim to prepare for the privatisation of NAPTIN.
Main tasks of the Consultant included:
- Management training to prepare senior executives of NAPTIN for the privatisation of their training institute, including

- Marketing/sales
- Financial controlling
