Management Training Project

The main objective of the Management Training Moldova project was to prepare managers from state-owned companies for their new role in a market economy system.

Main tasks as Team Leader:

• Project management including financial management of the project
• Designed and implemented management training courses (training of trainer programmes) for start-up entrepreneurs and executives from small and medium-sized enterprises;
• Prepared and actively participated in external Monitoring and Evaluation exercises.
