Management Training for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

The project supported small and medium sized companies to perform successfully under the conditions of free market economic system. As such, it was part of the technical assistance provided to Bulgaria in preparing for access to the European Union.

Main tasks of the Team Leader included:

• Project administration including financial management of the project
• Implementation of train-the-trainer programmes on various management training topics
• Advice on setting up a national continuous education system
• Policy advice to the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Ministry of Industry.
• Project progress monitoring and reporting
