Higher Education Development Support Project

This project researched options for the financing of Higher Education in Ethiopia.

Main tasks of the Team Leader included:

• Training of staff from Ethiopian Ministry of Education on project management, monitoring and evaluation, financial management and all other aspects of project implementation
• Collection of primary and secondary data on the current financing of higher education in Ethiopia
