Guidance to Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation Project

The aim of the project was to build capacities of the Albanian Government for the planning, management and evaluation of development cooperation projects.

Tasks of the Team Leader included:

• Designed in-service training programmes and conducted trainings in the Albanian Ministry for Economic Cooperation and in the Ministry of Education on:
  - Project Cycle Management;
  - Gender sensitive project programming;
  - Development of baseline studies with gender disaggregated data;
  - Sector assessment methods
  - Project monitoring and evaluation standards and methods
• Development of an M&E database
