Development of the Project Identification Document (ProDoc) for a new Tourism Sector Training Project to be funded by the Government of Luxembourg

The development of a Project Identification Document is a mandatory step for the funding of development cooperation projects. The Consultant was tasked to develop the ProDoc for the new Tourism Sector Training Project in Vietnam to be funded by the Government of Luxembourg.

Main tasks of the Consultant:

• Conducted identification mission and drafted project design document according to Lux Development standards
• Planning of capacity development activities for the management of vocational colleges, teachers and trainers
• Local labour market assessment for the identification of skills and competencies needed
• Planning of dialogue forum for public-private/multi-stakeholder further development of cooperative dual training programmes, including the management of a training hotel
